When exporting issues to Excel, you may want to customize the issue fields included in the file. Administrators can configure these fields in the Company Settings.
To do this:
- Navigate to SurveyTester Administration by clicking the gear icon next to your avatar.

- Select Company Settings and scroll down to Issue Handling.

Here, you can edit the field list and remove any unwanted fields. Note that this field list is specifically for Excel exports and does not affect your personal column selection. If you remove too many fields by mistake, simply clear the text box, and SurveyTester will automatically repopulate it with the default fields.
